First Halo 3 Beta Easter Egg Found?

Yeah, I hate to "toot my own horn", but I do believe I'm first on this and wanted to share it with the rest of you.

On the binoculars, there is binary code which reads, translated, "Dave", apparently for Dave Candland, UI Designer at Bungie.

Edit: Here is the proof, a digital picture of my monitor. You can check for yourself, just hit the binoculars in the beta and run the numbers through a binary translator.

I don't have the beta. How about a video for proof. None of the admins will front-page this without proof anyways, you should know that.

Its pretty neat, though I don't think its quite FP worthy. Part of the reason is this is the beta. That binary could be gone by the time the game ships for real. Its a real nice find, and good job on "translating" the code.

nice find.... bungie almost makes a chatroom of halo with all those bungie name eggs! like the ''hi ben'' on regret or the ''it's looking a little rough out here'' on backwash. but i like it :D
