Only a handful of people are lucky enough to win the lottery. Only one is lucky enough to win twice! Before people get all angry and srs he didn't technically win twice. His PM was simply too late for last week so I just bunched it in with this one. Wasn't that exciting for a few sentences though?? Oh yeah, Bill won too.
